Githunguri Dairy Farmers Co-operative Society Ltd plays a key role in marketing of its member’s milk which is processed and packed in form of pouch packed fresh milk, Tetra Classic fresh milk, lala, butter, ghee and cream under the flagship of “Fresha Dairy Products”. Githunguri Dairy Farmers Co-operative Society Ltd vision is to be a world class producer of dairy brands while the Mission is to consistently provide high quality brands to our consumers efficiently for stakeholder’s value maximization. The society invites applications from suitable candidates to fill the  position of  Computer Technician responsible for Maintenance of appropriate ICT infrastructure (computer hardware, software and networks), systems and procedures.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides day to day on-site administrative support and periodic servicing of the network and all peripherals
• Assist undertakes implementation of ICT strategy and Network troubleshooting.
• Handles all ICT related installations, updating of the required hardware, software and network connections
• Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging e.t.c.)
• Domain users adding and resetting password and Email support
• Assist end users with day to day issues and on-call duties
• Upload files into the website
• Any other duties assigned from time to time by the supervisor

Job Requirements

• Must have a diploma in either ICT, computer science or its equivalent from a recognized university.
